[Artist Statement]
I am a visual artist based in Glasgow, working in 3D printed sculpture, new media and installation art. My work concerns nature's depiction in historical and cultural artefacts, especially those related to women, underpinned by my eco-feminist ideal. I explore the ambiguous border between the digital and the physical worlds, interrogating the relationship between technology and nature. Driven by my eco-feministic motivation, I have progressively introduced more recycled plastic materials to my work, aiming my artist practice toward true sustainability.
